Hahaha, it's mostly about eating a balanced diet with whole foods and taking guidance from cultural and religious traditions as opposed to popular scientific research!

Well written and well researched. Although i barely know anything about nutrition, i know enough to know that majority of nutritional based research are biased to western diets. I also 100% agree that preventative care through diet should be more culturally inclined. i think herbs in general tend to be, in some cases, more effective as a preventative and curative medicine than our conventional medicines.

I came across a book called; "The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies". It is a well research book on natural medicines and remedies that has been used in the past. As a nutritional scientist yourself i'm sure you've come across the book, and if you haven't i'm sure you'll appreciate it :)

I'm glad you liked you like the research and I appreciate your kind words, though I'm no where near a nutrition scientist LOL. I did take a couple courses in biochemistry, introduction to nutrition course and research seminar course on nutrition.

I haven't read this particular book but book but I have seen similar books, I definitely check it out, thank you for sharing!

Ya my creativity was a little dry with this one. But radical means to advocate for social change or reform and rodents are symbolic to lab experiments. There was also the irony that lab rats aren’t used in nutrition research which makes it less controlled and credible.

Oh. You know, I was thinking of radical in chemistry, my bad. And it’s not dry, since it’s an advocate for social change
